Kösters Interference Double Prisms
The prisms are made of fused silicia Homosil and consist of two identical prisms halves which are cemented together. The flatness of the effective surfaces is λ/10. The angles of the prism halves are 30°-60°-90°, with angular accuracy ± 1' and angular equality ± 1". One long cathetus side is semi-transparent reflection coated with silver and a protective layer to R = T = 45% for the visible spectral range. The dimensions are listed in the table.
